Type 100 SMG Paratrooper Version
Made in Japan
Operating principle: Model Gun (Dummy Cartridge)

We will soon have available the limited production Type 100 SMG Paratrooper Version. Only 80 of these models will ever be produced, and it is said that this particular model will be the final Type 100 models to be produced. We recommend adding this model to your collection.

This Type 100 SMG Paratrooper Version features the same unique folding stock design as the real gun. The folding stock is produced from real wood that has been aged to perfection while still as a log. The hinge on stock is exceptionally strong, made from steel using a lost-wax process. The barrel features bayonet lug fixed under the barrel and front barrel design that is same as the real thing. And of course, the design of the side-mounted, 30-round detachable box magazine makes this Type 100 SMG Paratrooper Version a very unique addition to any WWII gun enthusiast's collection.

The Type 100 was a submachine gun used by the Imperial Japanese Army during World War II. The Paratrooper Version was designed with a folding stock for lighter weight. Between 6,000 to 7,500 of these were made at the Nagoya Arsenal and delivered for use by the Imperial Japanese Navy and for Army paratroops.
