This years production incorporates for the first time wartime production stamps and other new details that are listed here.

Below is the first sneak peek into to the new wartime production stamps of this model as well as the new replica FG42 sling that is the most accurate reproduction of FG42 sling ever made. This FG42 sling reproduction is using the real buckle of "1908 Mauser rifle sling" that was used exclusively for FG42 slings during World War II. New paint finish has been applied to these antique buckles.

The front hook is the same as in real FG42 slings. They have been made in Germany. Length adjustment metal fittings are original manufacture of Shoei. Overall, the structure is solid. The thickness of the leather of a belt is 3.5mm and sewing is hand-sewing. Number of slings made is just 100pcs so order yours while they last! First-come-first-served.
